At Graphicsion.com, we specialize in delivering high-quality custom graphic design services. This Delivery Policy outlines how and when you can expect to receive your order, including important details about turnaround times, communication, and file formats.
1. Digital Delivery Only
All our services are digital and virtual. No physical products are shipped. Completed designs are delivered via:
- Email (to the address provided at checkout)
- Download link (Google Drive, WeTransfer, or similar)
- Live chat or project dashboard (if applicable)
2. Estimated Delivery Timeline
Our standard delivery timeline is:
- Initial Concepts/First Draft: Within 7 to 14 business days after order confirmation and receipt of all required information.
- Final Files: Delivered after final approval and completion of revisions.
Delivery may be affected by the following factors:
- Delay in client response or approval
- Incomplete order brief or unclear design instructions
- Number of revision cycles requested
We encourage clear and prompt communication to ensure smooth delivery.
3. Revisions and Turnaround
We offer unlimited revisions until you are fully satisfied. Each revision typically takes 1 to 3 business days, depending on the complexity of the change and response time from your end.
Major revisions or scope changes may affect the original delivery timeline.
4. Delivery File Formats
Final design files are usually delivered in the following formats (as applicable):
- Vector Files: AI, EPS, SVG, PDF
- Image Files: PNG, JPG, WebP
- Source Files: PSD, Illustrator (upon request)
- Brand Kit PDF (if included in the package)
Let us know in advance if you require specific file formats.
5. Non-Delivery Due to Client Inactivity
If we do not receive the necessary inputs or feedback within 14 days from your last response, the project may be considered closed and delivered as-is. You can always reach back out for continued support.

7. Business Hours
Our design and support team operates Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (IST). Orders placed outside business hours will be processed the next working day.
